3 tips to build certainty when most of life feels uncertain

For the past 18 months, we are going through a real torture for our mind. 

Our mind is at peace when it knows what’s going to happen. And we are suffering from the highest levels of uncertainty.

This can fire up the nervous system which can have severe consequences on our hormones, stress, sleep, HEALTH & WELLBEING!

A lot of people in Australia are away from home and not sure when they will be able to see their relatives.

We were due for our regular trip to France last month. I have no idea when we will be able to fly there and when I start thinking about this, it makes me sad. 

I’m sure many of you feel the same and Australia being so big, many cannot fly interstate to see their loved ones.

There is one thing I know we have shared in the past few months and it is UNCERTAINTY! 

In today’s video I’m sharing why we don’t deal well with it and how we can reverse it for our own sanity.

We started looking for land in Nature back early 2019 and spent the whole year searching. When we sold our home and 4 days later we were in our first lock down, it was quite easy to move out because we had it planned for quite a while. 

I was hoping I could set up a business and do both my online coaching and run my physical retreats from home and slowly leave the corporate world. Losing my job was just accelerating this process. 

I have had stress from those events even though I was mentally preparing for that. I just got pushed to do it faster.

I cannot imagine how it would feel to be surprised with all of this and no plan B. I do feel for those of you who have had to ‘wait’. 

I had to spend a few months taking care of my health & wellbeing to navigate huge changes and now I feel energized and ready to support others.

Do not under-estimate what we are going through and always ask for support. It’s ok to feel lost and anxious with what is going on. Tap into those who have the resources to help you get out of this state.
