A friend of mine nickname is Tinkerbell or Tinky! She is a real fairy. She is always vibrant with a positive attitude and shares the best of her with everyone around her.
She is human and goes through her ups and downs, but she makes sure she shares the best of her with everyone.
I have known her for a good 5 to 6 years now and she amazes me. She is super thoughtful and always has lovely sweet attentions for everyone.
We share great laughter, lots of jokes and we also support each other to become better people. I’m there when she needs support and she is there when I need support.
I truly hope you have a “Tinky” in your life!
When you spend time with your “Tinky”, how do you feel? Uplifted and happy right!
Do you have in your life, the opposite of that? Someone who after seeing or speaking to them, you feel like shit. Do you have someone like that in your life?
If yes, here is my question: WHY??? Why do you tolerate to feel like that?
You may answer “But it’s my sister” or “my mother” or “my dear friend since prep”.
Yes I get it, it’s tough and this is why I’m sharing a good tip for you today.

If you love that person in your life and you want to have them around, protect your energy and help them too: you have to give them feedback!
Feedback is not the easiest thing to do but a little like a muscle, the more you do, the easier it gets.
The best way to give feedback is to turn it talking about how YOU feel rather than what THEY do.
If you don’t really love that person, you don’t really need to have them in your life: then drop it slowly but surely. It’s very unhealthy!
You are energy, a wave of vibration and who you spend time with directly impacts you.

Reward yourself for taking the time to connect with yourself.
Remember that everything starts from within and THE SHORTCUT TO SAVE THE PLANET IS TO LOVE YOURSELF!
