Feb fast is on: how to rock it

Today was tough! Not just tough, it was hard-core!

I had such a great day yesterday and knowing that Feb Fast was one, I abused a little more the coffee machine. Life was so good!

I wanted to give up chocolate, dairy, social drink and all those were quite easy (maybe not chocolate actually). But coffee felt impossible. And why would I do it anyway?

A life without coffee seems like a life without daylight!

Just the idea of giving up was strong enough to indicate that if I could succeed, I would gain the equivalent or more in benefits.

I told you this week how much you can increase your will power and self-confidence just by proving to yourself you can do it! Will power grows each time we use it and it gets easier and easier to not only use it but also to succeed!

I decided to take it positively and to make this experience as light as possible. I woke up earlier, did a bit more mindfulness, and even did a few Sun salutations as a symbol of respect to the Sun and to my Body.

And I went to work and the withrawals symptoms kicked in soon after. They increased a lot: my small headache became huge. I felt lethargic and thougth I would fall asleep at any given time on my desk.

This gave me even more motivation to keep going and in today’s video, I’m sharing tips on how to rock Feb Fast.
