We, all, have been hurt at some stage in our life.
It may have happened a long time ago or very recently. The quicker we move on from the resentment, the quicker we free ourselves from negative energy.
It can be sometimes really hard to move on. The longer we stay with this “resentment”, the longer we are affecting our own vibration.
I had a difficult relationship with my dad when I was a teenager. He was setting up a business when I was born and as a result he was not very present. It was difficult for me as a kid and I have been carrying the “rejection” syndrome for years and years after.
This means that I have been creating many other situations where I ended up feeling rejected. My program of rejection was always there.
Only when I could completely forgive him, I was able to move on from “rejection” and create better outcomes.
Slowing the mind is by far the smartest thing we could do for ourselves. After 15 or more of personal development and more than 25 diplomas in various healing technics in the last 10 years, I can easily say that the shortcut to all learning is MEDITATION.

2- Forgive YOURSELF
Start by forgiving yourself if you are not yet ready to forgive the other person yet.
When I arrived in Australia, 10 years ago, I wanted to heal my past. I had a lot of self-judgment for choices I had made in my life so far.
It was not occurring me that I had to forgive my dad. I thought I had done nothing wrong.
So I started learning how to forgive myself and discover this amazing Hawaiian meditation practice called Ho’oponopono developed by Morrnah Simeona.

I used it simply as often as I could as a Mantra:
Please forgive me
I love you”
I connected, intentionally, with Helene (me) at the age of 5, 6 and various events that I could remember where I felt I needed healing.
I spent a lot of time healing me as a teenager.
The results were quite amazing.
I was really feeling better and better over the years. I still was going through that feeling of rejection.
My dad did not mean to make me feel rejected. He was young, busy and his priority was to make sure our family was financially secured.
He also could not give me the love and attention he did not get when he was young and I started feeling ready to let go.
I wanted, more than anything, to stop repeating the same cycle of rejection.
I spent a few months doing the Ho’oponopono meditation every morning and night. It took me 15 seconds a day.
I felt lighter and lighter. The resentment was leaving me. I had no more negative emotions towards those years way gone.
My personal experience was enough to realise the power of forgiving the past.
I then did it with everyone I knew from all the really small arguments I could have had with my best friend at the age of 8 in the playground to my boss that I could not understand.
I even used it before I was ready to forgive. My intention was to let go those negative emotions as quickly as possible.
Those negative emotions are really affecting us.
We are energy, every thought, everything that we feed our body, our mind and our soul with, has its own energy that comes and blend with ours.
If we want to grow, evolve, move on and achieve our greatest goals, it is crucial to let go.
