How to get out of bed to start a healthy routine

After years of experiment, morning and night rituals or routine are the most efficient tools for me to be balanced. When I’m consistent, it brings me clarity, focus, lots of creativity and an overall wellbeing.

My kids wake up at 6 to 6.30am and if I want some quiet “me time”, it means a 5.30am wake up time.

In theory it sounds super doable and easy. And the winter comes; the blankets are getting heavier and the move out of bed way more difficult.

I still have days where I really struggle to get out of bed. Like right now for example, here in Melbourne, it’s getting cold. I have to use my toolbox of tricks to get myself into “motivation mode” and start my rituals.

My morning and night rituals are the most efficient tools I have to be the best version of ME. When I don’t do them, it affects my balance, mood, patience, my ability to focus and my overall wellbeing.

Some seasons, some weeks or days are easier than others. How to be consistent with a healthy routine when it can be very difficult waking up 1h earlier to start it?

In this video, I’m sharing tips that work really well for me. I hope this video will help in reaching your goals.
