If you don't like what you see, change it from within.

Getting out of the time trap

Do you ever feel like days are going so fast, you hardly can do anything?

When I ended up alone raising my boys while working full time, studying and being 15 thousand kms from my family, it felt like if I was stuck in a washing machine cycle that would not stop.

I know it seems like a weird analogy but that’s all I could feel…. This crazy loop I felt stuck on.

Hardly sleeping, I had to do it all over again each day and at that stage, I could not see light nor the end of the tunnel.

I knew I would not sustain that for a long time and unless I changed a few things, I would burn out.

I have adopted a few rituals that have completely transformed my approach to time. Most importantly, I learned to become very effective and achieve a lot more.

I often get asked: “How do you do it all, you’re a machine”. I’m not a machine, I’m just well organized, disciplined and make sure every day is a real success of achievement. Even if my mission is to rest all day!

In today’s video, I’m sharing tips that I’ve applied to gain time and increase my level of efficiency.
