We all know someone who is going through a hard time. We all know someone who is presently either physically, or psychologically unwell.
We would love to help, however often we don’t even know what to do?
If that person is a close relative or good friend, we can be quite affected by his or her own journey.
How can we help them and contribute to their health, wellbeing and healing?
Firstly, I would like to precise that we are all connected. We are actually all connected through an energy field. Some people call this God, others, a higher force.
I will simply call it ‘Nature‘.

Why would ants and bees and many other species would be connected, whilst we humans do not?
What distinguishes we humans from the Animal Kingdom is consciousness itself.
We are conscious creatures.
As an example how we are all connected energetically, when I was a young teenager, I was hyperactive and I was doing so much exercise to channel my energy that I ended up with Osgood-Schlatter syndrome. As a result, when I was morebound for a long period, I was struggling to get back up and walk properly.
My family (at that time in the north of France), knew a man who was practicing distance healing. We would call him and he would then work on me energetically from wherever he was, thus allowing me to regain my mobility.
This experience definitely contributed to my desire to further investigate into energy healing. I spent more than ten years studying and practicing various energy healing modalities, such as Reiki and a few more: http://www.reiki.org.
Using energy to heal not only works, it is quite effective and fantastic when we are not in proximity to the person.
I use it all the time and my kids are really good at it also.
Our thoughts are energy, they are very powerful!
If you watched my previous videos on ‘How to Think Positive‘, ‘How to Meditate, and ‘How to Forgive‘, you would have listened to a few examples by now.
Here is what we can do to help:-
Visualise their success
We, naturally, feel sad for others and feel their pain when we could, instead, think about what would be the best outcome for them in this situation.
If you know someone who is physically ill, simply imagine, visualise them healthy.
I personally visualise them laughing, loving life and running with a smile.
So each time you are thinking, talking or even hear about that person, keep in mind this vision of them in their greatest situation.
If the person is already in terminal phase and death seems inevitable, simply visualize them pain free and if you struggle to have that vision, connect from your heart to theirs and send pure love an compassion.
2 – Extend it to people you are not related to.
We are exposed to so much news, mostly the bad ones. So, when we hear something that happens somewhere and people are suffering, we can apply the same approach. Instead of feeling sorry or in pain for them, let’s contribute and visualize the best outcome for them.
When I hear about a tragic event where people lost their lives, I connect with the people over there, their families and send them sincere love and compassion.
When I see, countries missing food, I visualise them accessing it and drinking healthy water.
When we see homeless people sleeping in the streets, we often feel bad for them. We are thinking about how cold they must be and how awful this situation is and yes it is but we can also send them love and visualise a better outcome for them. We can contribute by manifesting something better for them.
Visualising the best outcome not only helps the person to get better it also allows us not to take onto negative energies unnecessarily. Feeling pain for someone else does not help the person and it negatively affect our own energy.
The most important point here is to share.
3 – Donate
Donating is so healthy. What we give out, we get back ten times more.
Did you know that more than One Billion people live under $1.25 a day? We can feed someone for an entire year by donating $450 per year.
You may think, you don’t have enough right now to share. But we do, we do have plenty and the more we share, the more we get.
A lot of people on our planet don’t have the luxury to drink clean water every day.
We can choose to feel sorry for them and continue with our lives watching the news. Or, we can give a minute of our time visualising the best for them and a dollar a day to feed one person.
There are so many amazing charitable organisations that we can contribute to.

Reward yourself for taking the time to connect with yourself.
Remember that everything starts from within and the shortcut to save the planet is to LOVE YOURSELF!
