How to practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness has been a life changing practice for me.

I know what it feels to be busy as parent, busy at work, busy in life in general. I know what it feels to be under pressure and those few minutes spent in this practice will change your life very quickly.

Here is my video on “10 options to practice Mindfulness while being active“. It will give you great tips on how you can start practicing in your busy life.

Be creative! And use times of the day as anchors. You start with one anchor and once it’s an habit (usually in 21 days), you add another anchor!

Once you are a champion, you are in that mindfulness state most of the time and this is BLISS!

As I have explained in the above training, I’m a total fan of Body & Breath Awareness Meditation practices and I have recorded 3 different ones for you to be able to practice anytime and anywhere. NO MORE EXCUSES!!

The Introduction to the Body & Breath Awareness Meditations  (Download here)

A 3 min Breath Awareness Meditation which can be done anytime, anywhere (except while driving). You can do it while being in public transport or even at work at your desk if you can take 3 min off. It’s very powerful and 3 min off can mean a lot of time gained by being more focus. (Download here)

A 7 min Body Awareness Meditation which can also be done anywhere (except while driving). It’s a little longer so you may want to be in a quiet space where you can zone out for 7 minutes. This can be part of your lunch break and really get that mind back on track! Yes! Show the Mind who is in charge!!! (Download here)

A 21 min Body & Breath Awareness Meditation which is a combination of both previous ones. This is the “strawberry on the cake” as we say in France! When you commit to this meditation daily, either starting or ending your day, you very quickly change the structure of your brain and the results are evident. (Download here)
