7 tips for a Kick Ass morning start

The way we start the day is setting the tone for the entire day. We can either chose to snooze the alarm a few times, rush to get ready with little time to eat and rush to work.

I feel under pressure just writing it to be honest!

Starting a new routine is not easy especially when we could sleep a little longer… But when you do it for long enough (usually 21 days) to feel its tremendous benefits, you sincerely cannot live without it.

In this video I’m sharing you 7 tips that I use in my morning routine to have a kick ass morning start!
