Mindfulness has changed my life and I can’t repeat that enough!

I had been practicing different meditation styles, when I had more time, before being a mum.

Once I became a busy mum,
I couldn’t find the time to sit and practice as I always had done it. After a year of losing my mind (literally), I started practicing Mindfulness with a guided meditation.

The guided voice is such an easy process to follow. After 4 weeks, I was able to cope much better with the daily pressure of having young and small hungry twins. After 8 weeks, I wasn’t recognising myself.

The level of awareness I got from the daily practice was mind-blowing! I was under such an amount of stress with very little sleep and this practice saved me.
