4 tips to reconnect to your sexual desires

When I fell pregnant I was told that women often don’t desire sexual connection once they have children. And I was 100% sure this could never happen to me!

And it did! It was not just because I was extremely tired, it was because I was craving for something different.

I have explored, learnt, studied how to better understand me, my desires and sexuality in general and I’m now ready to share this with you.

In this video I’m sharing the 4 following tips:

Tip 1: Education

I have spent 18 months reading, watching, learning and listening to many different authors, source of info on the topics.

I have shared 2 of my favourite’s authors in this video: David Deida & Diana Richardson and below are two books I particularly found amazing and they have many more.

Tip 2: Eye gazing

Eye gazing is such an empowering technique. It enhances self-confidence and the ability to connect to others.

Tip 3:  Orgasmic meditation

This is going even deeper in the discomfort zone. While it may feel “impossible” to start with, it’s an incredible tool for both men and women to connect on deep self-respect level.

Tip 4:  Tantra

Practicing tantra will be a natural outcome from reading Diana Richardson book but I thought I would add it as a tip because this is a fantastic way to connect to your partner.

Tip 5:  Boost your self-confidence

If any of the previous tips feels uncomfortable to the point that you could not do it, you need to boost your self-confidence. I have created a program to help women gain huge self-confidence levels.

I have not shared this tip in the video. BODY LOVE is a program to help women falling in love with themselves and it has nothing to do with sex. It is simply an incredible program to empower women in getting what they want in life!
