How to stop feeding the fear of aging?

I recently went to France to visit my family and friends. My 4 grand parents are still alive and together in the same retirement home. Quite rare right!

The 4 of them did not move in together on the same day, they got there at their own pace and this year, it was the first time for me to visit them all in the same place.

It seems great and practical for me as I only have one stop to meet them all when I am in France. It’s also hard because I’m only in France once every 18 months and I see them aging fast.

As soon I as arrived in France I visited them and I was so jet lag and tired, I could hear the voice in my head starting making stories.

Luckily I am aware of that voice and can hear it consciously quickly and most importantly turn it around.

That voice in our head is not empowering, it always think about the worst and is full of fears.

I manage to change it around straight away and was inspired to shoot this video to share my tips for you on that same day.

In this video I’m sharing 3 tips:

 1- Your thoughts create your reality so create your best vision of how you want to be at a later stage in life

So you better watch them and make sure you think about the things you want (not the ones you don’t)!

 2- Observe your lifestyle and see the gaps where you could implement new habits to help you reach this vision (there may be habits you should stop here too).

 3- Exercise changes your brain and it’s recommended to move 30 min at least 3 times a week to strengthen the brain and make sure it stays alert, vibrant and alive.
