Here we are in week 3 of Feb Fast month and I’m now feeling much better. It took me two weeks to be ok without my coffee and I have to admit it was harder than I thought.
It was like a full break-up for me and now I’m finally feeling the benefits of having that break.
I can sleep faster and better and most importantly I don’t have those mid-afternoon moments where I feel I’m going to pass out of exhaustion.
The best effect of letting go of something you love is that your will power gets bumped up! I’m definitely feeling stronger and ready to start some great habits.
Before kids I was taking regular yoga classes and felt so good!
Since kids, I often think, “ I wish I could just do a yoga class but I don’t have the time”.
Yoga is a mind set and like meditation, it’s more powerful to practice regularly than rarely.
I met Wendy, who is a top excellent Yoga teacher here in Melbourne. I asked her to share some easy and powerful yoga practice to do mornings and/or evenings for this week video.
